Wet : Mix all ingredients . Put the rolls about 7 cm in a pocket. Put in the cold for 15 minutes. Soak the wet in the egg then in the sand of the breadcrumbers. Put back in the freezer for 10 minutes. Just before dressing, fry the wet in the oil
