Ingrédients : 200 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 3 eggs, 3/4 well-ripened Époisses, 10 cl of milk, 15 tomato cherries (minimum), 2/3 spoonful of cumin grains, Salt and ground pepper
Mix the flour, the baking powder and the eggs in a bowl. Melt half of the Époisses in a saucepan and add the milk, cumin grains, salt and pepper. Pour this mix into the flour. Add the rest of the Époisses in small portions. Pour into a greased cake pan. Add the whole tomato cherries. Bake 40 minutes at level 6 (180 °C).
Serve warm with a green salad.
