So sports nature aims to offer sports activities (fitness and Nordic walking) individually or in groups.
At the Nordic walking level, if the ambition is sporting through a hike supervised by an educator (BPJEPS), it also aims to discover a territory such as the National Park of Forests. It is for this reason that the trails vary from one week to the next and allow you to get to know typical villages. Although we talk about Nordic walking, speed is not a primary objective. Everyone walks at their own pace, exchanges with the other participants and enjoys the landscapes that alternate between meadows, forests and wetlands. It is not uncommon to come across a deer, a fox or, when lucky, a deer or a doe at the bend in the trail. It is for this reason in particular that our friends the dogs are not allowed.
The atmosphere, the smells, the sensations vary according to the seasons and the weather, because we walk all year round and in all weathers. Only the announcement of strong winds (+75 km) is a source of cancellation.
Children are welcome, with or without poles, from 6 years old for the 6km hikes and 9 years old for the 8km + hikes.
