Water aerobics turns out to be the activity that you can't afford to miss out on, a way for each one to maintain its muscular and cardiopumonary abilities, no matter its level of skills, in a lively and musical atmosphere. From discovering to familiarisation, from lessons to improvement, the swimming school activity is organized by groups, depending on your level of skills, so each one could improve steadily its abilities in term of swimming .
In order to guarantee comfort and safety, bathing caps and showers are complusory. Wearing bermuda shorts or bringing food in are prohibited. Children aged 8 or under should come in company with an adult wearing a bath suit.
