The daughter of a humble lawyer, this young nurse relinquished all to spread the word in the New World. She was, in fact, co-founder of Montréal in Canada, and established a hospice there. The association together with the Montreal-Langres Committee was responsable for the erection of the statue of Jeanne Mance on 5th may 1968.
It promotes Jeanne Mance's achievements, develops relationships, and cultural, tourist, sporting and economic exchanges between Langres and Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and French-speaking Communities.
It organizes shows, conferences, publications, trips, festivals, exchanges, seminars…
It set up the Federation of North America Friends of Champagne-Ardenne (ANACA), of which it is an active member.
