The retail store offers its cheeses: Langres cheese, Carré de l'Est, fresh cheese, as well as Morbier, Comté, Emmental, Cancoillotte and butter.

Langres cheese, which has its own registered designation of origin (“A.O.C.”), is made using old, traditional recipes. Its orange-yellow rind conceals a pale yellow cheese with a moderate flavour that becomes more pronounced with age. There is a dip in the top of the cheese known as the “well”.
